My room was fantastic and clean and complete with comfy bed and excellent AC, for example. The location was favourable, just a short walk away from a neo-gothic cathedral. The staff was helpful, so I will come back.

Particularly good location with nice views right by where is nothing else around, Markets shops and airport. Also, very close to all the major Sightseeing by foot.

We loved the cleanliness, spacious room with a stunning view and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel facilities like the gym and the restaurant were great, and the breakfast had a variety of food that could be enjoyed during longer stays. The location of the hotel close to the train station, reachable by airport train with transfers, allowed for easy access to transportation to move around the city efficiently.

The lobby staff were absolutely amazing from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The Queen Room was EXCELLENT, with new and clean bedding and a super comfortable bed. The AC and shower were also top-notch. The hotel offered great value, especially with their 3 nights for the price of 2 offer. While the breakfast was okay, the dinner was average. However, I found a fantastic solution by downloading the Grab App, which allowed me to have food delivered right to the lobby. This app covered almost all the amazing food joints and even offered cheap taxi rides. It's a must-have app when visiting Jakarta. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future, all thanks to the amazing staff, especially the friendly and helpful team in the lobby.

In the outdoor area the service was clearly too slow and inattentive. New hotel, but with Indonesian "architecture" already some signs of use, especially in the bathroom (shaky fittings, broken tiles, etc.).

The staff provides top-notch service, and the room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, complete with a spacious shower. Breakfast is good with affordable options and a smiling staff.

We were able to easily reach the hotel by train from the airport, which made our arrival hassle-free. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the large bathroom and the fantastic view of the city at night from our window. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices each day. We also enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool, which offered a relaxing oasis in the midst of the busy city. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

In short, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff was accommodating and friendly throughout my business trip. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and the coffee was freshly brewed. The gym and swimming pool were also well maintained and added to an enjoyable experience. The hotel's location was also convenient for me, as it was in close proximity to the main shopping areas and tourist attractions.

The elevators took a long time and were quite noisy, which disrupted my sleep. The noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms could also be heard clearly, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
